You do not need to be a Legion member to visit the Post 57 Canteen or attend many of our public events and community gatherings.
The Post 57 Canteen is a welcoming gathering place for veterans, members, families, and the local community. Open to the public, our canteen offers weekly food and drink specials, live entertainment, fundraising events, and a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
The kitchen at Post 57 is proudly operated by Catering Made Simple, providing fresh food, weekly specials, event catering, and menu offerings for both the Canteen and banquet events. Whether you’re stopping in for dinner, meeting friends for drinks, attending Cruise Night, or supporting a local event, Post 57 is proud to be part of the Elgin community.
